Tasting Notes
Earl Grey is a timeless classic that so many people love, so we decided not to exclude it from our collection. We chose an organic version with a base of Ceylon black tea enriched with cornflower petals.
The Ceylon tea at the base of this blend, naturally robust and characterized by citrus notes, marries beautifully with the freshness of the bergamot oil: on the nose, the infusion is fragrant and fresh, never pungent.
The balance is reconfirmed on the palate, where the citrus notes of bergamot, grapefruit and lemon peel meet the malty and woody notes of the tea, giving freshness and liveliness. The taste is well balanced between the natural acidity of citrus and the sweet notes of malt, baked fruit and vanilla of the base black tea, with a smooth and pleasantly drinkable body.
